Process
  • Inquire above, wait for confirmation
  • If approved, you will be given a Company Profile with ID and Password
  • To list your fund, in your company profile, you must submit a Bourse Listing Agreement with Required Documentation and Pay the Bourse Listing Fee
  • If approved, lmbourse™ will then add it to the platform
  • Once there has been an indication of interest by a buyer/investor, we will furnish the Fundraiser with the buyer/investor's contact information. We do not get involved in the transaction.
