Listing Requirements - Infrastructure
  • Infrastructure Assets (project allocations) must sell at least above US$ 20,000,000 per allocation to be listed
  • Owner must have the right to sell either a meaningful interest or full-ownership of the asset
  • There must be no material outstanding ruling with any major governmental regulatory agency regarding your asset
  • All statutory/legal restrictions in ownership, use, lease, control, or operation of asset must be noted in the listing
