Listing Requirements - Equity Fund
- Firm must be a legally structured entity with a corporate Tax Identification number if it is a United States based entity. Firms based outside the United States must be legally structured in their country of domicile.
- If the firm is a United States based entity, it must be a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) or must qualify for exemption from registration. If the firm is based outside the United States it must meet the requirements of their country of domicile.
- Must have an offering memorandum or prospectus and audited performance returns
- There must be no material outstanding ruling with any major governmental regulatory agency regarding your fund
