- Owner must have the right to sell either a meaningful interest or full-ownership of the asset
- There must be no material outstanding ruling with any major governmental regulatory agency regarding your asset
- All statutory/legal restrictions in ownership, use, lease, control, or operation of asset must be noted in the listing
