Corporate debt (Fixed Income), also known as senior securities, represents an issuer’s promise to repay a loan at face value plus interest in a given period of time. Normally, corporate debt securities are offered in all types of industries and are issued in increments of $1000 face or par amounts.

Listing Requirements - Corporate Debt
  • Owner must have the right to sell either a meaningful interest or full-ownership of the asset
  • There must be no material outstanding ruling with any major governmental regulatory agency regarding your asset
  • All statutory/legal restrictions in ownership, use, lease, control, or operation of asset must be noted in the listing
