1. What are the costs associated with using the Lmbourse? Buyers or Investors have no costs. It is a privilege for all to use the service. On the other hand, Sellers & Fundraisers must pay a Bourse Listing Fee to be able to list an asset or investment fund on the lmbourse. 2. Who pays for the Bourse Listing Fee? Bourse Listings Fees are paid by the Seller or Fundraiser who lists an asset or fund. Listing Fees help offset operating costs and serve as a deterrent for low-grade investments and funds. In addition, the listing fee helps cover the cost of maintaining the fund or asset listing over the lifetime of the listing. The Bourse Listing Fee paid is non-refundable; the only exception is if Bourse Listing Application has been rejected. In this case of being rejected, there will be a mandatory and non-refundable $250.00 processing fee per listing application. 3. Why might my account be deactivated or disabled? There can be a various number of reasons of why an account may be deactivated or disabled. Here are some examples:
4. Is the Buyer/Investor expected to conduct due diligence on listed assets or funds? Yes, all Buyers/Investors must conduct their own due diligence. The Lmbourse process strives to provide buyers with up to date accurate information. In fact, we solicit prospectuses, proof of ownership, offering memorandums and other pertinent documentation from listed investment funds and assets. However, it is imperative that Buyers/Investors do their homework when contacting these funds or assets once they received their contact information. Seller/Fundraiser will only receive Buyer/Investor contact information when there is an indication of interest submitted to us. We are not responsible for any inaccurate information. 5. Bourse Listing Agreement An agreement that is made when a seller/fundraiser wants to list an Asset or Fund on the Lmbourse. The contract is made between the seller/fundraiser and the Lmbourse. 6. Bourse Listing Fee Bourse Listings Fees are paid by the seller/fundraiser who lists an asset or fund. Listing Fees help offset operating costs and serve as a deterrent for low-grade investments and funds. 7. Indication of Interest This occurs when a buyer/investor has an interest in a potential fund or asset. |
